Shanghai Aj Group Co.,Ltd (SHSE:600643) commences share repurchases on March 8, 2024, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on March 6, 2024. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to CNY 150 million worth of shares. The shares will be purchased at a price not more than CNY 7 per share.

The repurchases will be funded from company's own funds. The repurchased shares will be cancelled to reduce registered capital. The program will be valid for a period of 6 months.
