SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

IN RELATION TO DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION OF

ACQUISITION OF PROPERTIES

Reference is made to the announcement of Shanghai Fudan Microelectronics Group Company Limited (the "Company") dated 14 April 2021 in relation to the acquisition of properties ("the Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

As at the date of the Announcement, to the best of the Company's knowledge, information and belief, having made all reasonable enquiries, the Vendor namely上海域夏商務咨詢有限 責任公司(Shanghai Yuxia Business Consultant Ltd.*) is owned as to 50% each by its ultimate beneficial owners Mr. Shi Dongwei and Mr. Luo Weiguo who are Independent Third Parties.

Save as disclosed above, all other information as set forth in the Announcement remain unchanged and shall continue to be valid for all purposes. This announcement is supplemental to and should be read in conjunction with the Announcement.
