Grand Kangxi Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. announced that it has entered into investment agreement to receive CNY 45 million on January 28, 2021. The transaction will include participation from new investor, Sichuan Tianyi Comheart Telecom Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300504) for CNY 5 million to obtain 0.24% stake in the company and other new investors to obtain 1.96% stake in the company. Of the total capital increase, CNY 1.911807 million will go to the registered capital of which Sichuan Tianyi Comheart Telecom Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300504) will contribute CNY 0.212423 million and other investors will contribute CNY 1.699384 million. The remaining amount of CNY 43.088193 million will go to the capital reserve of the company. The registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 84.969208 million to CNY 86.881015 million post closing of the transaction. The transaction has been approved at the sixteenth meeting of the third directorate of Sichuan Tianyi Comheart Telecom Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300504).
Sichuan Tianyi Comheart Telecom Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research and development, manufacture and sales of broadband network terminal equipment, physical connection and protection equipment for communication networks, as well as mobile communication network optimization system equipment.
