Sigurd Microelectronics Corporation agreed to acquire UTAC Corporation for approximately $170 million.

Sigurd Microelectronics Corporation (TSEC:6257) agreed to acquire UTAC (Taiwan) Corporation for approximately $170 million recently. The transaction is expected to be completed in second quarter of 2021 or by mid year 2021. The transaction is expected to close within next four months or by mid 2021.
