The ownership of almost all the Bolloré Participations SE shares (99,9%) is divided between Mr Vincent Bolloré

1. and his four children : the bare ownership is equally held by Sébastien Bolloré, Yannick Bolloré, Cyrille Bolloré and Marie Bolloré ; the usufruct is entirely held by Vincent Bolloré.

Bolloré SE holds 2 110 698 voting rights directly (14,91%) and 3 511 362 voting rights indirectly (24,80%). Compagnie des Glénans holds 80 000 voting rights directly (0,56%) and 3 431 362 voting rights indirectly (24,23%).
