Sohgo Security Services Co. Ltd. reported consolidated and non- consolidated earnings results for the year ended March 31, 2018. For the period, on consolidated basis, the company reported net sales of JPY 435,982 million compared to JPY 413,343 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 30,111 million compared to JPY 28,422 million a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 31,913 million compared to JPY 30,309 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent was JPY 19,344 million or JPY 191.93 per share compared to JPY 18,330 million or JPY 182.37 per share a year ago. Return on equity was 9.3% compared to 9.7% a year ago. Cash flows from operating activities were JPY 25,496 million compared to JPY 54,561 million a year ago. Income before income taxes was JPY 31,841 million compared to JPY 30,215 million a year ago. Purchase of property, plant and equipment was JPY 11,776 million compared to JPY 11,006 million a year ago.
For the period, on non- consolidated basis, the company reported net sales of JPY 232,697 million compared to JPY 229,504 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 16,258 million compared to JPY 15,502 million a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 23,720 million compared to JPY 22,112 million a year ago. Net income was JPY 17,971 million or JPY 178.26 per share compared to JPY 16,632 million or JPY 165.44 per share a year ago.
For the interim of fiscal year 2019, the company expects consolidated net sales of JPY 217,500 million, operating income of JPY 14,100 million, ordinary income of JPY 14,900 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 9,000 million or JPY 88.90 per share.
For the year ending March 31, 2019, the company expects consolidated net sales of JPY 450,000 million, operating income of JPY 33,100 million, ordinary income of JPY 35,000 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 22,000 million or JPY 217.32 per share.
The company announced year-end dividend of JPY 30.00 per share for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2018.
The company expects second quarter dividend of JPY 31.00 per share and year-end dividend of JPY 31.00 per share for fiscal year 2019.
