Distribution of shares as part of the savings scheme for employees

The shares purchased by SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA 29 April, 30 April and 2 May
2024 for use in the group's savings scheme for employees, have been distributed
to the employees at a price of NOK 133,8753. After allocation the banks total
holding of own shares is 47 733 shares. As participants in the savings scheme
the primary insiders have acquired shares in accordance with the enclosed list.
