Cooks Coffee Co Ltd - Auckland, New Zealand-based coffee house chain - Names Aidan Keegan as chief executive officer, effective from April 1. Keegan joins from Esquires Coffee Ltd, where he has been managing director of the UK business since October 2018, and CEO since January 2019. Cooks Coffee's Executive Chair Keith Jackson says: "As Cooks Coffee Company strategically shifts towards a more UK-centric focus, Aiden brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of our company, particularly in the core markets of UK and Ireland, and a proven track record in driving growth and he has strong relationships with our key franchisee business partners."

Amicorp FS (UK) PLC - international specialist fund services group - Appoints Robin Hoekjan as chief operating officer, with immediate effect. Hoekjan will join the company's executive management team, which is separate to the PLC board. Hoekjan joins from MF Group, a Dutch multinational professional services firm, where he worked for four years in various roles. He replaces Kiran Kumar, who has moved into an executive director role.

Sancus Lending Group Ltd - alternative finance provider - Announces that Tracy Clarke will step down as interim chief financial officer. Clarke was originally a non-executive director, and was appointed to the role of interim CFO on April 1 last year. With effect from March 31, she will resume her role as a non-executive director. From this date, Keith Lawrence will officially become Sancus Lending's new CFO. He joined the company as finance director in February, and has been working with Clarke to ensure an orderly transition.

Spectris PLC - London-based supplier of high-tech instruments, test equipment and software for industrial applications - Says that Nick Anderson has been appointed to the board as a non-executive director, with effect from June 1, 2024. Anderson recently retired from the FTSE 100-listed industrial engineering company, Spirax-Sarco Engineering PLC, after 10 years as chief executive.

Galliford Try Holdings PLC - Uxbridge, England-based building and infrastructure construction company - Names Kris Hampson as CFO, replacing Andrew Duxbury, whose resignation was previously announced. Hampson joins from Rentokil Initial PLC, where he has worked in finance roles for over 16 years. He is due to join Galliford "no later than September".

Jadestone Energy PLC - oil and gas development company focused on the Asia Pacific region - Says Dennis McShane steps down as chair with immediate effect. Adel Chaouch has been named as chair, also immediately. Jadestone in February said McShane would need seek re-election at the next annual general meeting. Chaouch says: "It is a great honour to be elected chair of Jadestone at this pivotal time. The company is poised to grow strongly this year on the back of first production from Akatara, demonstrating the value of its Asia-Pacific upstream growth strategy. I'm looking forward to working with all of Jadestone's stakeholders to deliver the potential of our existing asset base and platform, and capitalise on growth opportunities in the region."
