Keeco, LLC entered into an agreement to acquire the North American operations from Springs Global Participações S.A. (BOVESPA:SGPS3) for approximately $130 million on December 28, 2018. Under the terms, Springs Global will receive $90 million in cash and $36 million in common shares of the combined company. The transaction is subject to the fulfillment of certain precedent conditions, which are usual to this type of business, and its closing is estimated in March 2019.
