Masaki Taniguchi agreed to acquire a 6.1% stake in Success Holders, Inc. (JASDAQ:4833) from Koji Hatano for approximately ¥290 million on May 18, 2021. Under the term, Masaki Taniguchi will acquire 1.25 million shares of Success Holders at ¥234 per share. The transaction is expected to close on May 28, 2021.
