Sunny Loan Top Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600830) agreed to acquire 75% stake in Ningbo Haishu Xiangyi Financing Guarantee Co., Ltd. from Ningbo Haishu State-owned Capital Investment and Operation Group Co., Ltd for approximately CNY 75.9 million on January 13, 2020. As of February 25, 2020, Sunny Loan Top Co.,Ltd. signed a share transfer agreement to acquire Ningbo Haishu Xiangyi Financing Guarantee Co., Ltd. from Ningbo Haishu State-owned Capital Investment and Operation Group Co., Ltd. The transaction will be funded by own funds of Sunny Loan Top. For the financial year December 31, 2018, Ningbo Haishu Xiangyi Financing Guarantee Co., Ltd. reported total asset of CNY 100 million, total common equity of CNY 100 million and net income of CNY 0.2 million. The transaction is approved unanimously by the Board of Sunny Loan Top Co.,Ltd. on January 13, 2020.
Sunny Loan Top Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600830) completed the acquisition of 75% stake in Ningbo Haishu Xiangyi Financing Guarantee Co., Ltd. from Ningbo Haishu State-owned Capital Investment and Operation Group Co., Ltd on February 28, 2020. Sunny Loan Top Co.,Ltd. paid the transfer price to Ningbo Haishu State-owned Capital Investment and Operation Group and both parties have fulfilled the obligations stipulated in the equity transfer agreement.
