Zhejiang Sunny Guarantee Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of CNY 144,000,000. on August 28, 2019. The company will issue common shares in the transaction. The transaction will include participation from Yunnan Hehe (Group) Co.,Ltd. for CNY 43,320,000, Zhejiang Xiang Yi Holding Ltd. for CNY 43,320,000 and Sunny Loan Top Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600830) for CNY 22,800,000 and other investors. The transaction has been approved in the 9th session of the 9th directorate of Sunny Loan Top Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600830), parent of the company and is subject to approval in the 1st special shareholders’ approval meeting on 2019 to be held on September 16, 2019.
Sunny Loan Top Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in pawn, guarantee, financial leasing, special assets and quasi-financial investment businesses.
