Systemair AB Reports Earnings Results for the Second Quarter and Six Months Ended October 31, 2023

Systemair AB (publ) reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended October 31, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was SEK 3,186.1 million compared to SEK 3,036.7 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 244.7 million compared to SEK 43.2 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 1.18 compared to SEK 0.21 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 1.18 compared to SEK 0.21 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was SEK 6,361 million compared to SEK 5,885.6 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 488.5 million compared to SEK 259.6 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 2.35 compared to SEK 1.25 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 2.35 compared to SEK 1.25 a year ago.
Systemair AB is a Sweden-based company engaged in the development, production and marketing of ventilation products and solutions. The products are marketed under the Systemair, Fantech, Frico and VEAB brands. Systemair comprises mainly ventilation products, such as fans, air distribution products, chillers and air handling units; Fantech develops, designs and markets solutions for residential and commercial properties in North America; Frico focuses on air curtains and heating products, and VEAB focuses on the development, manufacture and marketing of heating products for ventilation systems, movable and stationary fan heaters, as well as dehumidification systems. The Company has operations in more than 40 countries in Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Australia.
