NOTICE TO THE MARKET
Transmissora Aliança de Energia Elétrica S.A. (B3: TAEE3, TAEE4 and TAEE11) ("Taesa" or "Company") informs its shareholders, the market in general and other interested parties that the Instituto do Meio Ambiente de Santa Catarina ("IMA") granted the Preliminary License ("LP") for the transmission line segments LT Abdon Batista - Videira (C1/C2) and LT Abdon Batista - Barra Grande (C3), including expansion work for substations SE Barra Grande, SE Abdon Batista and SE Videira to be interconnected, in reference to the facilities of Pitiguari Transmissora de Energia Elétrica S.A. ("Pitiguari").
Pitiguari is a project related to lot 10 of transmission auction nº 01/2022, held in June 2022, 100% controlled by Taesa. Pitiguari has a total RAP of R$ 21.4 million for the 2023- 2024 cycle and an ANEEL Capex of R$243.2 million. The project is located in the state of Santa Catarina, with an extension of approximately 92.7 km in transmission lines, of which 66.7 km is a double circuit. The deadline stipulated by ANEEL for energizing Pitiguari is March 2027.
