Techstep has signed two new agreements to deliver SmartControl to a total of 4,400 employees in Norway. SmartControl?is a recurring Managed Service, where Techstep's experts?deliver best practice implementations, support, and proactive?services. Techstep manage and secure?the?entire?mobile eco-system?of the customer's enterprise, by?combining Apple and Google Android?knowledge and best in class software.?This ensures that?the customer's devices and apps are?always compliant, secure and up-to-date.?The first agreement is signed with a large company within the energy sector to deliver SmartControl of 2,600 devices in Norway. The customer was looking for a long-term partner to optimise their mobile eco-system with a more proactive approach across several areas of Managed Mobility Services.

Techstep was chosen due to proven experience and expertise within smarter mobile technology, as well as solid customer references also within the energy sector.?The agreement of 12 months has a total contract value in excess of NOK 1.2 million recurring revenue per year. The solution will be deployed as soon as possible.?Moreover, Techstep has signed a new agreement with Widerøe Ground Handling AS, to deliver SmartControl to 1,800 employees in Norway.?Widerøe Ground Handling handles nearly 167,000 aircraft turnarounds annually, is present at 42 locations throughout Norway, and have more than 1,800 affiliated employees. They are a full-service ground provider to airlines such as Widerøe Flyveselskap, SAS, KLM, Air France, Norwegian, Lufthansa and more.

With SmartContol, Widerøe Ground Handling will outsource their Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform and benefit from easer operation, maintenance, and security of work devices for their staff. Techstep was chosen due to high competence within Mobile Device Management and the mobile eco-system. The agreement of minimum 12 months has a total contract value of NOK 900,000 recurring revenue per year.
