The Liberty SiriusXM Group reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 2,280 million compared to USD 2,198 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 2,280 million compared to USD 2,198 million a year ago. Net income was USD 305 million compared to USD 342 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.93 compared to USD 1.03 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.82 compared to USD 1.02 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 6,720 million compared to USD 6,415 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 6,720 million compared to USD 6,415 million a year ago. Net income was USD 1,040 million compared to USD 668 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 3.16 compared to USD 1.99 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 2.89 compared to USD 1.98 a year ago.
