The PRS REIT plc declared an interim quarterly dividend of 1.0 pence per ordinary share in respect of the first quarter (July - September) of the financial year ending 30 June 2024. Ninety per cent. (0.9 pence) of the dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution ("PID"), with the balance (0.1 pence) paid as a Non-PID.
The dividend will be payable on 1 December 2023, to shareholders on the register on 10 November 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 9 November 2023.
