Announcement for the Annual Presentation to Analysts of the Financial Results

of EYATH Group for the year 2023

On Friday 5th of April 2024 at the company's central building in Thessaloniki at 11 a.m., took place the Annual Presentation of EYATH SA Group's financial results for the financial year 2023.

The results were presented by the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer, while the Chairman of the Board of Directors of EYATH, Mr. Agis Papadopoulos, who opened the presentation, referred to Continuity, Consistency and Adaptation, which characterizes the company's course in 2023:

"Continuity in the implementation of our investment program, the modernisation of our infrastructure and the digital transformation of the company.

Consistency in the excellent and uninterrupted water supply of the city, the sustainable management of the water resource, the protection of the aquifer, the environment and vulnerable groups in the context of our corporate social responsibility and Adaptation to climate change, the new institutional and regulatory framework and stricter environmental and water requirements".

Concluding his speech, the President stressed that the demands of the above are:

To have modern and resilient infrastructure, to be outward-looking and to ensure the sustainability of our water ecosystem.

And the way to achieve it :

to be financially robust, organisationally efficient and technologically skilled.

Mr. Dimitris Alexandris, Chief Financial Officer, then presented in detail the financial results of the company, with emphasis on the most important financial figures and the main alternative performance indicators, compared to the previous year.

The CEO, Mr. Anthimos Amanatidis, presented immediately afterwards the company's investment programme, which in the period 2019-2023 shows a significant increase, especially in the last two years, while projects worth a total of €140 million are underway and €72 million are under contract. He also did not fail to mention the contract for the supply of electricity through bilateral contracts (PPAs) signed by the company, which, in addition to reducing energy costs, will bring additional benefits from the transfer of certificates for "green" energy, and the reduction of the carbon footprint by 50%, much earlier than the initial target.

Concluding his presentation, Mr.Amanatidis referred to the most important events of the financial year 2023, as well as to the certifications received by the company under ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety and ISO 14001: 2015 for

environmental management in the water treatment plant, as well as the Sustainability Reports that the company has been preparing for the last 3 years and the GRI, SASB and ATIEX ESG reporting standards that publicize its performance, demonstrating its commitment to transparency and accountability and enhancing trust among stakeholders.

The presentation was followed by a discussion with the analysts present.
