Ticon Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended March 31, 2024. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was THB 983.36 million compared to THB 927.31 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 984.38 million compared to THB 935.15 million a year ago. Net income was THB 549.82 million compared to THB 624.63 million a year ago.
For the six months, sales was THB 1,971.22 million compared to THB 1,847.58 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 1,974.12 million compared to THB 1,867.34 million a year ago. Net income was THB 1,162.41 million compared to THB 1,300.48 million a year ago.
