Notice of Revision of Dividend Forecast for the Fiscal Year from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023

Toho Titanium Co., Ltd. announced today a revision of the dividend forecast for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2023 as detailed below.

1. Reasons for the revision

Our policy on dividends is to return profits to shareholders that reflect our business performance, while taking into consideration our financial position, the need for internal reserves to strengthen our corporate foundation, and the maintenance of stable dividends.

The dividend forecast for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2023, which was previously announced as 17 yen per share on October 27, 2022, has been revised to 19 yen per share because net income attributable to shareholders of the parent company exceeded the previous forecast (announced on October 27, 2022), as stated in the "Consolidated Financial Results for Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2023" released today. As a result, the annual dividend will be 30 yen per share, including the interim dividend of 11 yen per share that has already been paid.
