Wu Jian Nong, Xu Shui Sheng and Shen Meng Hong made a voluntary conditional cash offer to acquire remaining 71.7% stake in Tonking New Energy Group Holdings Limited (SEHK:8326) from Xu Jun and others for HKD 58.6 million on April 11, 2024. The offeror already has 28.3% stake in target company. The Offeror intends to finance the Offer Consideration by its internal resources.
