DEVELOPMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

We hereby confirm that all the below resolutions from 2 - 7 were passed at the Company's 42nd Annual General Meeting held at the registered office, Blue Harbour Business Centre Level 1, Ta' Xbiex Yacht Marina, Ta' Xbiex XBX 1027, Malta on 17 May 2023 at 12.00 hrs.:

1. Approval of the Annual Report 2022.
2. The Board of Directors' proposal of a final dividend of USD 0.73 (DKK 5.11) per share.
3. Approval of the Remuneration Report 2022.
4. Re-electionof members to the Board of Directors:

2. Remuneration of USD 60,000 p.a. for the Deputy Chairman of the Board for 2023.

1. Remuneration of USD 15,000 p.a. for the Chairman of the Audit Committee for 2023.

1. To appoint the auditors Ernst & Young Malta Limited.
2. To authorise the Board of Directors to determine the auditor's fee for 2023.
