Uil Holdings Co., Ltd. entered into an agreement to acquire 41.9% stake in DK UIL Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A049520) from Dongkuk Steel Mill Co. Ltd. (KOSE:A001230) for KRW 58.7 billion on November 14, 2016. Under the terms of the transaction, Uil Holdings will acquire 3.9 million shares at KRW 14,789 per share. The consideration will be paid in two installments with KRW 20 billion on November 14, 2016 and the balance on December 13, 2016. The transaction is expected to close on December 13, 2016.
