Universal Textile Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 377.14 million compared to TWD 324.08 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 19.9 million compared to net loss of TWD 9.33 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.15 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.07 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.15 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.07 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 1,088.27 million compared to TWD 884.07 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 4.72 million compared to TWD 22.89 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.04 compared to TWD 0.18 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.04 compared to TWD 0.18 a year ago.
