UTour Group Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the nine months, the company reported sales was CNY 475.72 million compared to CNY 1,345.25 million a year ago. Revenue was CNY 502.48 million compared to CNY 1,380.69 million a year ago. Net loss was CNY 205.41 million compared to CNY 312.62 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.227 compared to CNY 0.36 a year ago.

The Company is mainly engaged in the provision of outbound travel services. The Company's outbound travel products include ferry tours, customized tours, self-guided tours, semi-independent tours and overseas destination fragmentation products, among others. The Company is also involved in the provision of outbound services, such as study tour, immigration, personal currency exchange, agency shopping tax rebates, travel consumer credit and supply chain finance.
