V-cube Launches "V-CUBE Seminar GPT",

utilizing GPT, a Natural Language Processing AI for V-CUBE Seminar

〜Provides support for participants in the middle of the live streaming, automatic creation of minutes, and summary functions～

V-cube, Inc. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President, and CEO: Masaya Takada, hereinafter "V- cube") will provide "V-CUBE Seminar GPT", which utilizes GPT, a natural language processing AI, for its "V-CUBE Seminar", live distribution service for corporate users from May 2023. The service will combine Open AI's Whisper API and Chat GPT API to automatically transcribe the content of seminar lectures and automatically summarize the content in a specified number of characters.

■ Background of the launch of the service

Until now, there have been issues with people attending an event or seminar in the middle of a lecture not being able to grasp the content of what the speaker has said, preventing them from deepening their understanding, and requiring a lot of time and effort for the organizer to record the proceedings, and summarize the seminar content after the lecture. "V-CUBE Seminar GPT" will be released to solve these problems.

■ Services to be provided

Combining Open AI's Whisper API, Chat GPT API, and pre-event information with the "V-CUBE Seminar", live distribution service for corporate customers, we will provide "automatic minutes" and "automatic summary" creation functions by transcribing seminar lecture content automatically and in real time.

This function is expected to improve user convenience in the following ways.

・Prevent people who attend an event or seminar in the middle from not being able to grasp what the speaker has just said and thus not being able to deepen their understanding of the content.

・Look back during the seminar to see what was missed or difficult to understand.

・Reduce the man-hours required to prepare minutes, and providing a written review of the seminar, deepening the understanding of the seminar presentation.

・Access the part of the proceedings automatically generated by the on-demand delivery and ask for details immediately, thus improving time efficiency.

In addition, we plan to sign a data process agreement with Open AI regarding the terms of data use and provide a service to protect the confidentiality of customer data so that cus3tomer data will not be used for learning or other purposes when using Open AI's APIs.
