Valeo has updated the names of its two of its divisions. The company says that the divisions' names have been updated to reflect the transformation of their activities. The Valeo Comfort and Driving Assistance business group has been renamed to Valeo Brain division.

Marc Vrecko has been named chief executive officer of the Valeo Brain division and Valeo Group executive vice president. The Valeo Visibility business group has been renamed to the Valeo Light division. Maurizio Martinelli has been named chief executive officer of the Valeo Light division and Valeo Group executive vice president.
