Veterinary drugs laboratory Vetoquinol has announced that it will report sales of €540 million for fiscal 2022, up 3.6% on a reported basis, but down 0.8% at constant exchange rates.

'The Covid-19 effect has led to exceptional growth in animal health markets in 2020 and 2021. This long-term trend is set to continue, despite a less buoyant market in 2022", explains CEO Matthieu Frechin.

Sales of essential products rose by 4.5% to 304 million euros, thanks to the existing portfolio and the launch of Felpreva in Europe in 2022. These products accounted for 56.3% of total sales for the year, compared with 55.8% in 2021.
