Vivendi posted sales of more than 4.27 billion euros for the first three months of 2024, up 86.6%, mainly generated by the consolidation of Lagardère, as well as higher sales at Canal+ Group and Havas.

At constant exchange rates and scope of consolidation, the media, communications and entertainment group's sales rose by 5.4%, thanks mainly to its subsidiaries Lagardère (+8.9%), Canal+ Group (+2.6%) and Havas (+3.4%).

Regarding its demerger project, one hypothesis currently under consideration would be a partial demerger of Vivendi, whereby Canal+ Group, Havas and the company grouping the publishing and distribution assets would become independent, listed entities.

Separated from these three entities, Vivendi, for its part, would remain as such, listed on the stock exchange, retaining its role of supporting the transformation and expansion of its subsidiaries, and continuing its active management of its shareholdings.
