Wallenius Wilhelmsen's long-term incentive program ("LTI"). The purpose of the
LTI program is to drive the growth and performance of Wallenius Wilhelmsen
leading to long-term value creation and thus increased shareholder value. 
 
The value of the LTI program is directly linked to four elements:

Wallenius Wilhelmsen holds 404,340 of its own shares after the transfer.

-	Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Torbjørn Wist received 51,605 shares today, as
described in the attached notification. Following the award, Wist holds 126,366
shares in the company.
-	EVP & COO Logistics Services Michael Hynekamp received 37,615 shares today, as
described in the attached notification. Following the award, Hynekamp holds
137,147 shares in the company.
-	EVP & COO Shipping Services Xavier Leroi received 15,881 shares today, as
described in the attached 
notification. Following the award, Leroi holds 63,649 shares in the company.
-	President and CEO ARC, Eric Ebeling received 17,151 shares today, as described
in the attached 
notification. Following the award, Ebeling holds 51,453 shares in the company.
-	Alternate Board Member Erik Nøklebye received 10,102 shares today, as
described in the attached 
notification. This partial award is based on the period when Nøklebye was an
executive in the company.
