Whirlpool Corporation announced that on January 31, 2023, Joseph T. Liotine, President and Chief Operating Officer of the company, will transition to an advisory role. Mr. Liotine will serve in this role through March 31, 2023 and then depart the Company. Marc R. Bitzer, Chairman and CEO, will immediately assume direct responsibility for global operations.
