Esmart (Xiamen) Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 200,000,000 in an equity round of funding on April 17, 2020. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Xiamen R&T Plumbing Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002790). Post to the transaction, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 100,000,000 to CNY 300,000,000 and the investor will retain 100% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved by 13th meeting of the 3rd directorate of the company and is still subject to approval of shareholders in 2019 annual meeting.
Xiamen R&T Plumbing Technology Co., Ltd. is a China-based company engaged in the research and development, manufacture and sales of bathroom accessories. The Company focuses on the energy and water saving technology. Its major products include water-saving flush assembly, soft closing covers, concealed cisterns, wall-hung tanks and smart toilet seats and other products, among which water-saving flush assembly is the Company's major product. The Company's major products are principally manufactured with engineering plastics.
