Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 436 shares, representing 0.000053% of its share capital, at ¥492 per share for ¥0.21 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to process the fractional shares resulting from its share exchange with Otsuka Kagu Co., Ltd. The purchase will take place on September 13, 2021.
