Yamashita Health Care Holdings,Inc. agreed to acquire 32% stake in E-Delight from (TSE:9265) EPARK, Inc. for ?17 million on October 15, 2021. The transaction also includes acquisition of shares of Edelite from EPARK, Inc. Prior to transaction, E-Delight is held by EPARK, Inc. (66%) and Yamashita Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. (34%). Post transaction, E-Delight is held by EPARK, Inc. (34%) and Yamashita Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. (34%) and Yamashita Health Care Holdings (34%). The transaction is expected to complete on November 15, 2021.
