This announcement is made pursuant to the disclosure obligations under Rules 13.10B of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Yanzhou Coal Mining Company Limited (the "Company") will hold the 2020 annual results presentation (the "Presentation") on Monday, 29 March 2021. The related matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. TYPE OF THE PRESENTATION

The Company will publish its 2020 annual results at the websites of Shanghai Stock Exchange and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 27 March 2021. The Company proposes to hold the Presentation by teleconference combined with webcast to help investors better understand the results of the Company.
