Zagrebacka banka has named Miljenko Zivaljic as new chairman of Zagrebacka banka d.d., and Romeo Collina as deputy chairman. The bank has also appointed Ms. Daniela Roguljic Novak, Mr. Marko Remenar, Mr. Nikolaus Maximilian Linaric, Mr. Lorenzo Ramajola, and Ms. Dijana Hrastovic as members of the management board. Already by the end of January in the year 2015, the Supervisory Board of Zagrebacka banka designated Mr. Miljenko Zivaljic, present member of the Management Board of Zagrebacka banka responsible for Finance, as mandate holder in the next term of office and authorised him to propose the composition of the new Management Board.

The areas of responsibility of the Chairman of the Management Board, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and members of the Management Board in the new term of office are indicated below: Miljenko Zivaljic in his capacity as the Chairman of the Management Board will be responsible for the following organisational units/members of ZABA Group: Management Board Office, Identity & Communications, Internal Audit, Legal, Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing, Stakeholder and Service Intelligence, UniCredit Bank Mostar, UniCredit Leasing Croatia. Romeo Collina in his capacity as the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board will be responsible for and for the area of Human Resources, and he will coordinate activities of Global Banking Services (GBS), Finance (CFO) and Risk Management and Control (CRO). Daniela Roguljic Novak in her capacity as the member of the Management Board will be responsible for the business area of Retail; Marko Remenar in his capacity as the member of the Management Board will be responsible for the business area of Corporate and Private Banking and Markets and Investment Banking; and Lorenzo Ramajola in his capacity as the member of the Management Board will be responsible for the business area of Finance.

Dijana Hrastovic in her capacity as the member of the Management Board will be responsible for the business area of Global Banking Services; and Nikolaus Maximilian Linaric in his capacity as the member of the Management Board will be responsible for the business area of Risk Management and Control. Miljenko Zivaljic started his professional career in 1986, in INA OKI, polymer and petrochemical industry, where he acquired experience in different business functions.
