ZENKOKU HOSHO Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7164) entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire Towa Shinyo Hosho Co., Ltd. from The Towa Bank, Ltd. (TSE:8558) for ¥1.4 billion on February 7, 2020. ZENKOKU HOSHO shall acquire 0.02 million shares of Towa Shinyo Hosho. For the year ended March 31, 2019, Towa Shinyo Hosho reported revenue of ¥155 million, total assets of ¥2.7 billion and net assets of ¥1.4 billion. The transaction completion is scheduled for February 28, 2020.
