Zydus Wellness Limited Approves Dividend for the Financial Year Ended on March 31, 2014; Appoints H. Dhanrajgir and B.M. Hedge as Independent Directors

Zydus Wellness Limited announced that at its annual general meeting was held on July 14, 2014, the shareholders approved the dividend of INR 6 (60%) per equity share on 39,072,089 equity share of INR 10 each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2014.

The company also announced the appointments of Mr.H. Dhanrajgir and Dr.B.M. Hedge as independent directors.
