Gina Stryker

Gina Stryker is the founder of Geophysical Technology, Inc. She worked as Senior Tax Counsel at Shell Oil Co. from 1993 to 2000 and at Entergy Corp.
from 2000 to 2004.
She then worked as Senior Vice President & General Tax Counsel at TXU Corp.
from 2004 to 2009.
Stryker also served as Independent Director at TMC the metals co., Inc. in 2021 and as Secretary & General Counsel at Sustainable Opportunities Acquisition Corp.
Stryker holds a graduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh, an MBA from Rice University (conferred in 2004), and a graduate degree from New York University.
She also holds an undergraduate degree from Youngstown State University.
