The fund targets companies operating in the fields of agriculture-based businesses, consumer products & services, financial services, infrastructure services, manufacturing, natural resources, and technology sectors. It acquires controlling equity stakes and provides also mezzanine and debt financing for pre-IPO, restructuring, structured financings, and expansion stage capital requirements with an investment size of $5 - $30 million.
