Mo Ramani

Mr. Mohit Ramani is a Chief Risk Officer at KeyCorp.
He is responsible for overseeing the company’s risk management division and ensuring KeyCorp operates within its stated risk appetite across all risk domains.
Mr. Ramani is a member of Key Corp’s Executive Leadership Team.
The risk management team provides strong independent oversight and guidance for managing risk across all business units and applicable risk domains so KeyCorp can best serve customers, clients, shareholders, and communities.
Prior to joining KeyCorp in 2025, Mr. Ramani has served in a number of senior roles throughout the industry.
He served as the Deputy Chief Risk Officer for Truist Financial Corporation, where he led both financial and non-financial risk teams across the enterprise.
He served in other key risk leadership roles at Truist and SunTrust Banks, Inc. (predecessor to Truist) such as Chief Credit Officer, Chief Business Unit Risk Officer, and Head of Financial Risk Management.
Prior to that, Mr. Ramani served in a number of senior roles for Regions Financial Corporation, Goldman, Sachs & Co., and Bank of America, N.A. He is a past board member of the Risk Management Association and is actively involved with other risk management organizations.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in 1995 and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management in 2001.
