Outzen is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Romarco Minerals, Inc. Previously, he was Vice President and General Manager of Andacollo Gold Mine, Chile from 1990 to 1999 and a Consulting Operator of Metallica Resources, Inc. in 2004.
Mr. Outzen was Manager-Nevada Operation for Tenneco Minerals Company and a Director of the Nevada Mining Association and the South Dakota Mining Association.
He held various senior management positions at Dayton Mining Corp., MinVen Gold Corp.
and ASARCO, Inc. Mr. Outzen has over 25 years of experience in the development, construction and operation of both precious and base metal mining projects in North and South America.
