Richard F. Wacker

Richard F.
Wacker is the founder of Hawaii Curling Club and Korea Exchange Bank Foundation.
He is currently the Chairman of the Trustees Board at University of Hawai'i Foundation and a Director at XLR8 MANAGEMENT LLC.
Previously, he served as the Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer at KEB Hana Bank from 2007 to 2010.
He was also the President & Chief Executive Officer at American Savings Bank, FSB in 2010.
From 2014 to 2021, he held the positions of President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at ASB Hawaii, Inc. Additionally, he has served as the Chairman of Hawaii Business Roundtable and Child & Family Service.
He has also been an Independent Director at Trinity Merger Corp.
and a Director at Hawai'i Pacific Health Corp., Hawaii Bankers Association, American Red Cross (Hawaii), Pacific Asian Center For Entrepreneurship, and Junior Achievement Korea.
Prior to these roles, he was the VP & Chief Financial Officer-Card Services at General Electric Capital Corp.
from 1998 to 2001 and the Vice President-Corporate Investor Communications at General Electric Co. from 2002 to 2004.
He also served as the CFO-Avis Fleet Services at GE Capital Fleet Services and was a Member-Governors Board at American Chamber of Commerce In Korea.
Mr. Wacker completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri.
