Resolution - Re-Election of Ms. Patricia Barbizet as Director
Draft resolution (Resolution XIII)
The Annual General Meeting re-elects Mrs. Patricia Barbizet as director of ArcelorMittal for a three-year mandate that will automatically expire on the date of the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held in 2029.1
[1] Physical (paper) proxy forms that do not reflect the above resolution will need to be resubmitted. Proxy forms submitted via the e-voting platform are not affected.
