Real estate firm NP3 is acquiring 23 industrial properties for a total value of approximately SEK 1.2 billion. The portfolio includes assets located in Trollhättan, Uddevalla, and Nyköping, among other locations.

The total lettable area amounts to 141,000 square meters, generating an annual rental value of SEK 102 million with an occupancy rate of 93 percent. Closing is expected to take place in May.
