Byggma ASA is a Norway-based supplier and manufacturer of building materials solutions in the Nordic region. The Company’s operations are divided into four business areas: Panels, that includes a subsidiary Huntonit AS, a manufacturer of pre-painted ceiling- and wall panels, and pre-painted panel boards; the Beams business area, that includes a subsidiary Masonite Beams AB, which manufactures and sells modern, customized, efficient, wood-based I-joists systems and technical solutions; the Windows business area, that includes a subsidiary Uldal AS engaged in the manufacture of windows as well as sliding and balcony doors; and the Lighting business area that consists of e.g., Aneta Lighting AS, a supplier of lighting to the private and professional markets. Byggma ASA operates through numerous subsidiaries, including Forestia AS, Masonite Beams AB and Byggma Eiendom AS.
