Chesser Resources Limited is an Australia-based gold exploration company. The Company's projects are located in Senegal within Birimian-age greenstone belts comprising the Kedougou-Kenieba Inlier (KKI), which hosts over 45 million ounces of gold. The Company's 100% owned Diamba Sud project covers 53.2 square kilometers (km2) and lies within the highly prospective Senegal Mali Shear Zone orogenic belt. The project is located over 12 kilometers (km) southwest of Barrick's Loulo mine (12.5 million ounces) and only seven km west of Barrick's Gounkoto mine (5.5 million ounces), both across the border in Mali. In addition to the Company's flagship Diamba Sud project, it holds interests in Diamba Nord, Bondal and Morichou. The Diamba Nord project is located in eastern Senegal and consists of two exploration tenements totaling approximately 242km2. The Bondala license covers an area of 207km2. The Mourichou license covers over 431km2 and is located near the Sabodala shear zone.
