Destini Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company providing integrated engineering solutions in the aviation & defense, energy, mobility, and marine industries. It has four segments: Aviation Defense, Marine Services and Construction, Mobility, and Energy. The Aviation Defense segment is engaged in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of aviation, automotive, safety, and tubular handling equipment, as well as providing safety equipment training. The Marine Services and Construction segment manufactures and supplies lifeboats, fast rescue boats, diesel engines, davit systems, and hooks, and provides MRO for marine assets. The Mobility segment manufactures and supplies motor trolleys, wagons, and road-rail vehicles, and handles assembly, fabrication, refurbishment, and MRO of train sets and rail systems. The Energy segment involves engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning of renewable energy systems and provides tubular running services.
