In addition to traditional and climate-controlled units, many of the properties feature both covered and outside auto/RV/boat storage. The Company invests in stores by acquiring stores through its wholly owned subsidiaries. The Company owns and operates, or manages, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, in approximately 13 self-storage properties in Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Oklahoma. The Company’s properties totaled approximately 967336 net leasable square feet and offered 7,039 storage units.
