Interpipe NTZ PAT is a Ukraine-based company, which is engaged in the production and sale of seamless pipes for the oil, gas and power industries. The Company produces also pipes for machinery, as well as pipes for industrial application and railway wheels and tires. Its production facilities include melting shop, tube-rolling shop with plug mill, tube-rolling shop with pilger mill, tube-rolling shop with assel mill, as well as railway wheels shop. The Company sells its products domestically, as well as exports them to the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States, the countries of the European Union, the Latin America countries and to the United States. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was Saleks Investments Limited with a stake of 60%.
